| Notes | |
| The V-Port or Segment ball valve is a quarter turn valve, mainly intended for throttle/control applications. Fitted with an actuator the valve can be used for sophisticated control applications | |
| The V-port design allows for good cutting force and self-cleaning, which means that the valve is suitable for use in media containing fibres and small solids. It is therefore often used in pulp and paper applications, but is also useful in chemical, oil, power generation, and general control applications. | |
| We offer the valve from stock in stainless steel 316 (CF8M) with a metal seat, and bare shaft ready for actuation. We offer other body materials such as WCB, Alloy 2205 (Duplex), Alloy 20, 904L, and Titanium against order. In addition, we can offer the valve with special coatings in the ball. |
